Resolved Question: Legal Issues of a Last Name Change for a Minor?

I live in Nebraska and I'm getting my first name change and possibly my last name as well. I'm still a minor and I'm on my mother's insurance still (duh) if I change my last name will I be able to stay on her insurance? I'm fourteen by the way.
