Open Question: Choosing a College advice please!!!?

I am a sophmore at a community college and plan on transferring for the fall of 2012. I was at SUNY Oswego for one semester and didn't like it because of its small town, nothing to do in the small town and because it was so cheap. I'm debating whether to go to the University of Nebraska which is about $30,000 a year for out of state or staying at the top SUNY college Geneseo for only $20,000. Oswego was about 12,000 kids while geneseo is only about 6,000 and Nebraska is about 24,000. Should I go to Geneseo and be close and save money or go the Nebraska? I really liked Nebraska when I visited but I save so much money at Geneseo. My sister and mom went to Geneseo but I don't know if it'll be different since its so small and the town is mostly farm while Nebraska is D1 and is in a city. What should I do? I forget to mention that if I go to Nebraska I will end up with no money after graduation while if I got to geneseo I end up with $20,000 based on my family's college budget... Read More »
