This is an updated highlight I made of QB Tommy Armstrong of Cibolo Steele High School. Listed at 6-2 210 and blessed with one of the best arms in the country, Armstrong is one of the best QBs the San Antonio Area has ever seen. Led Steele to back to back Texas 5A State Championship appearances. This year Armstrong passed for 1945 yards with 29 TDs and just two interceptions and rushed for 1281 yards and 16 TDs. A fierce competitor and winner who finished his career with a 29-3 record as a starting QB.
